FCA registration under Linear Investments (Linear IP FSA regulated entity) enables you to get started quickly and simply whilst you build your track record, or obtain your own FCA regulation (which can take many months). In addition, we provide full services for hedge funds in a Hedge Fund Hotel structure if required. For example: set up as an "Appointed Representative" under Linear in weeks, not months, and gain access to our trading floor, platform and prime brokerage in one consolidated solution. Or choose only those services which best suit you.

Our FCA umbrella can be utilized by broker or hedge fund clients in 3-4 weeks instead of many months for full FCA registration. We charge flat monthly fees only (no percentage of AUM or performance) under a flexible contract with three months-notice.

Advice - Our mini prime brokerage provides Hedge Fund clients with advice on: prospective fund administrators, infrastructure vendors and service providers. This structure enables Linear IP to support clients through every stage of the transition process mirroring the Hedge Fund hotel approach.

Trading desk & systems - Smaller and mid-sized hedge fund and broker clients may have access to our trading floor and technology on a desk by desk basis competitively priced and on short term contracts. We provide clients with access to both internal and third party infrastructures and all standard trading platforms Bloomberg etc. this gives you a quick set-up time, allows you to focus on your core business and building track record but does not lock you in long term.

Prime Broker services for smaller hedge funds - Financing, custody, leverage, SWAPS and trading/execution services for multi asset classes are available whatever the size of your fund.

Outsourced execution - Hedge fund clients also have exclusive access to Linear IP dedicated outsourced trading and execution desk, which provides clients with a bespoke trading service across multiple asset classes.

Advice and support - Linear IP Mini Prime Brokerage works alongside clients providing independent advice on a suite of services ranging from: fund set up & Administration, hardware and software solutions to office location and service suppliers including hedge fund hotel.

Capital introduction - Linear IP and Linear have a dedicated team working on Capital Introduction for their hedge fund clients.

Mini Prime Broker - Linear IP, in conjunction with Linear Investments, provide Prime Brokerage Services for smaller and mid-sized hedge fund and broker clients who cannot access the Global prime brokers due to size or lack of track record. We provide clients with access to both internal and 3rd party infrastructures for all your financing, trading and execution requirements.

Prime access - Prime brokerage clients have access to top tier prime brokers through us on a grouped basis, in addition hedge fund clients can also leverage all of Linear IP services ranging from vendor discounts to wholesale electronic execution rates and services.

Outsourced Execution and service - Linear IP Mini Prime brokerage clients will automatically have direct access to Linear IP "Outsorced Execution Services" and "Service Modules" as they require, including FCA registration under Linear Investments.
